The hotline receives a number of complaints, observations and reports related to services provided by the Ministry in the areas of municipal and water services, which includes, in general, the reservation of public health and maintenance of facilities such as entertainment parks, gardens, lighting poles and beatification structures. Requests to increase inspection campaigns to shops and industrial establishments, quality control and validity of food products, preserving water resources and maintenance of Afalaj and springs.
The hotline has proved its usefulness and effectiveness to follow up complaints and observations of the citizens through coordination with other competent authorities within and outside the Ministry to undertake appropriate action. The Ministry is keen to demonstrate to citizens that any complaint or report received through this contact number shall be met with the outmost consideration and interest by the various sections of the Ministry and the appropriate decision will be taken to deal with the causes of this complaint and work towards the prevention of the same in the future.
